Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request that all cancellations or rescheduling of bike fitment appointments be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
- Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice or more may be moved to an alternative date at no additional charge, subject to availability.
- Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment time, or failure to attend a scheduled session, will result in the full bike fitment fee being charged.
This policy allows us to manage studio availability effectively and ensure fair access for all riders.
